Located in Senaru Village, North Lombok Regency, right below the slopes of Mount Rinjani, Tiu Kelep is a beautiful waterfall and one of the most visited by tourists. It’s a favorite tourist destination alongside Sendang Gile Waterfall, which also boasts world-class beauty.
Their crystal-clear and clean water make them a favorite destination for travelers and adventure seekers who enjoy the natural beauty of green forests. Standing nearly 50 meters high, the water falls from a height, creating a breathtaking view.
The locals interpret Tiu as a pool and Kelep as a flying waterfall, hence the name Tiu Kelep.
Itinerary:
- Our crew will pick you up at the airport or a predetermined location.
- Head to Mount Pusuk (Monkey Forest).
- Head to the base camp of the tourist village, Senaru, North Lombok, on the Mount Rinjani hiking trail.
- Soft trekking along the edge of the Mount Rinjani forest to Sendang Gile waterfall (the first waterfall).
- Soft trekking along the edge of the Mount Rinjani forest to Tiu Kelep waterfall (the second waterfall). Approximately 25 minutes, you can enjoy the flora and fauna of the Rinjani Geopark.
- Return to base camp for lunch.
- Head to the Bayan Ancient Mosque (the first mosque on Lombok).
- The journey continues to Senggigi Beach, Malaka Hill, and the Ghost Villa. Participants are free to choose which beach attractions to visit.
- We will drop you off at your hotel or a predetermined location after dinner.
